Key Equipment in the Solids Control System
The supplied system includes four mud tanks, designed to store and process drilling fluids efficiently. It also features two GNZS594 shale shakers, which play a crucial role in removing large particles from the drilling mud. Additionally, a GNZS594J-2S12N mud cleaner integrates desanding and desilting functions to further refine the drilling fluids. A GNLW452 decanter centrifuge is included to handle fine particle separation, maintaining high fluid quality throughout the drilling process.
Comprehensive Support Equipment
To ensure smooth operation, the system is equipped with supporting sand pumps, mixers, hoppers, and other essential components. Together, this package enhances the drilling efficiency and provides reliable fluid management, contributing to the success of deep-well coalfield drilling projects.
