GN Decanter Centrifuge and Driling Mud Cleaning Equipment

Few Units of GNLW223D Mini Decanter Centrifuges (9-inch):
Featuring a compact 220mm bowl diameter, these centrifuges are engineered for applications requiring smaller processing capacities or operating within space-constrained environments. Their design makes them ideal for precise solid-liquid separation tasks and serves as an excellent platform for industrial R&D testing. Customers can choose from three configurations: Fixed Speed Control, Full Hydraulic Control, or Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Control.

2 Sets of GNMS-1000B Self-Contained Mud Recycling Systems:
Offering higher capacity, these systems provide comprehensive mud management, meeting the demands of medium to large drilling rigs with robust multi-stage separation capabilities.

GN Solids Control manufactures two primary series of mud recycling systems:K Series: Cost-effective systems focused on mud cleaning and recycling. They require separate mud storage tanks and mixing units for full operation.

B Series: The self-contained solution chosen by this European client. B Series systems integrate mud recycling, storage, and mixing, providing a complete, ready-to-deploy package ideal for efficient drilling operations requiring excellent separation performance.

GNLW554-VFD dewatering centrifuges are prepared for delivery to an overseas sewage treatment plant.

We are pleased to announce that four units of our GNLW554-VFD dewatering centrifuges are prepared for delivery to an overseas sewage treatment plant. These centrifuges are intended to support sludge separation and improve wastewater treatment operations, providing the plant with flexible solutions for managing a range of sludge conditions.

The GNLW554-VFD dewatering centrifuge is equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) system, which allows flexible control over bowl speed to adapt to different sludge characteristics and operational requirements. The centrifuge drum can be constructed from duplex stainless steel, offering enhanced strength and resistance to corrosion. In addition, the slag discharge ports are fitted with tungsten carbide wear-resistant liners, which help manage abrasive sludge and contribute to the extended service life of key components.

Optional remote monitoring interfaces are available, providing the possibility to integrate the centrifuges with the plant’s automation system. This feature allows operators to monitor performance data in real time, make adjustments to operational parameters as needed, and plan maintenance in a more convenient and organized manner. The optional interface supports smoother coordination with other equipment in the treatment process.

The centrifuges are designed to handle a wide range of sludge types, including municipal sewage sludge as well as industrial wastewater sludge. They are capable of substantial throughput, assisting in reducing sludge volume and supporting downstream treatment processes. The VFD control allows gradual start-up and shutdown, which may contribute to operational stability and reduce mechanical stress on the equipment.

With a compact and modular structure, the centrifuges can be installed in a variety of layouts and are compatible with both new and existing treatment facilities. Our engineering team has collaborated closely with the client to accommodate project-specific requirements, including structural design, operational parameters, and optional remote monitoring capabilities.

All four centrifuges have been manufactured and inspected according to established quality standards, with careful attention to detail throughout production. While the units are ready for shipment, the project reflects ongoing efforts to provide reliable and adaptable equipment suitable for diverse international wastewater treatment applications.

GNTBM-500B Slurry Separation Plant for Middle East TBM Project

An efficient TBM slurry separation plant is the basis for the successful use of slurry-supported tunnel boring machines(TBM). The GN Slurry separation plant is popular for project of AVN Machines , Mix shields  or Shaft Sinking Machines . GN Solids Control utilize our shale shakers, desander desilter, as well as decanter centrifuges to processes separate and remove the excavated solids from the bentonite suspension – a mixture of water and thixotropic clay. The cleaned fluid is then transferred back to the slurry circulation.

Process of TBM Slurry Separation Plant

  1. A coarse shale shaker will remove big particles from the TBM Slurry.
  2. A centrifugal pump will bake the slurry and feed to coarse hydrocyclones.
  3. A dewatering shaker below the coarse hydro cyclones will drying the solids.
  4. The other centrifugal pump will pump the slurry to fine hydrocyclones for separation of solids above 20 microns.
  5. The fine shaker dewatering the solids discharge discharged from the fine hydrocyclones.
  6. Decanter centrifuge will separate solids above 2-5 microns without chemical.
  7. And the chemically enhanced decanter centrifuge will separate solids above 1 micron.
