The GN high-frequency Stack Vibrating Screen is primarily used for wet screening and dehydration operations of fine-grained materials in industries such as ore dressing and coal preparation. It can be configured with 2 to 5 layers according to on-site requirements.
Developed by GN, the stack sizer utilizes the principle of dual-frequency resonance and is driven by a single excitation source (vibration motor assembly) to achieve linear vibration. The unique vibration mode of the GN high-frequency Stack Vibrating Screen sizer is energy-efficient, with high screening efficiency and large processing capacity. It is technologically advanced, structurally simple, and operates reliably and stably, making it a leading screening equipment in the field of fine-grained material screening. The GN high-frequency Stack Vibrating Screen adopts flexible polyurethane fine screens with a high opening rate (28-45%), with an average lifespan of over 6 months.
Features of the GN stack sizer high-frequency fine screen:
- Designed based on the principle of dual-motor synchronization, the screen box performs linear motion.
- Equipped with advanced imported vibration motors (Martin motors or OLI motors) with reliable operation and long service life without failures.
- The stack sizer screen box is arranged in multiple layers, providing advantages such as small footprint, high processing capacity per unit area, high screening efficiency, low power consumption, low dynamic load, simple operation, stable performance, durability, and low maintenance compared to similar screens.
- Utilizes flexible polyurethane screen panels with good elasticity and resistance to clogging. Each single-layer screen box can accommodate two to three screen panels.
- Screen panels are secured using bolted assemblies, making them easy to operate and reliable to fasten.
- The vibrating screen surface is treated using sandblasting process and coated with heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint for good corrosion resistance. The surface in contact with materials is coated with wear-resistant and anti-corrosive polyurethane resin layer, protecting the screen and extending its service life.

The way an electric motor is mounted (see diagram below) refers to how it is connected to the frame or other components in a mechanical system. There are two code forms, one is IMBx and the other is IMVy. Among them, IM is the internationally accepted installation method code; B represents horizontal type, which is limited to the motor axis being horizontal; V represents vertical type, which is limited to the motor axis being vertical; x and y are each 1 to 2 numbers, indicating the connection location and direction.
