Recently, GN Solids Control has announced good news as a complete set of drilling rig solid control equipment has been successfully exported to Africa, providing powerful technical support for local oil drilling operations.

The exported equipment includes solid control systems for two sets of 1500HP drilling rigs, comprising six GNZS594J shale shaker, two GNZJ594J-2S12N mud cleaners, 16 sand pumps, and two GNLW452 decanter centrifuges.

The GNZS594J shale shaker play a crucial role in the solid control system due to their efficient screening and precise filtering capabilities, effectively removing solid particles from the drilling fluid to ensure smooth drilling operations. The GNZJ594J-2S12N mud cleaners further purify the drilling fluid, enhancing drilling efficiency and reducing equipment wear.

As a core component of the drilling fluid circulation system, the performance stability and reliability of the sand pump have a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of drilling operations. The 16 sand pumps exported have undergone strict quality inspections and possess advantages such as high flow rate, low wear, and easy maintenance, meeting the drilling needs of African customers in complex geological conditions.

Moreover, the GNLW452 decanter centrifuge, another essential equipment in the solid control system, boasts high-efficiency centrifugal separation capabilities that significantly improve the cleanliness of the drilling fluid, reducing the failure rate and enhancing operational efficiency during drilling operations.
