GN Solids Control participated in the 2023 CIPPE Beijing Oil Show last week from May 31st to June 2nd in Beijing New Exhibition Center. The 2023 CIPPE Beijing Oil Show is one of the world largest oil and gas shows in the world, with thousands of exhibitors and professional visitors from the oil and gas industry to share latest technology with newly developed equipment or products.
GN Solids Control has been participating the CIPPE for many years, and this year GN Solids Control brought double deck shale shaker, vacuum shaker, vacuum pump, cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw conveyor to this show.

1. GN Double Deck Shaker
   GN double deck shaker is a shaker fixed with 6 pcs screens with top coarse deck and bottom fine deck. GN double deck shaker is mainly used to remove oil cuttings in a large treating capacity but with a small footprint.
2. GN Decanter Centrifuge
   GN Solids Control brought one 14 inch bowl 3 phase decanter centrifuge and one 22inch big bowl 2 phase centrifuge. GN Solids Control has been working on solids and liquid separation since 2008, and as the key treating equipment, GN decanter centrifuge is able to remove finer particles around 2-5 microns.
3. GN Cuttings Dryer
   GN Cuttings Dryer is the most cost effective treating equipment when speaks of OBM and SBM. After treated by GN cuttings dryer, oil on the final cuttings can be controlled less than 5 % from 20%.
4. GN Screw Conveyor
   Screw conveyor is a transporting unit to collect drilling cuttings from shaker, desander, desilter and decanter centrifuge as well as cuttings dryer, it is especially used to transfer high percentage solids of drilling mud.
5. GN Vacuum Shaker
   Vacuum Shaker is also called “ViST” by GN Solids Control. It is one shaker fixed with a catch tray underneath the last panel of shaker which connected to a vacuum pump unit. GN Solids Control brought one electrical driven unit so no need to worry about air source at the rig site.

GN Solids America participated the 2023 OTC (Offshore Technology Conference) in Houston during May 1st to 5th. Professional global energy practitioners came to OTC with a successful week at NRG Center in Houston, TX, US. It was a big successful show for GN Solids America as well.

GN Solids Control participated in the 2023 NEFTEGAZ Russia Oil Exhibition from April 24th to 27th in Moscow. China Group was this year’s largest national group with 150 exhibitors present at NEFTEGAZ.

GN Oil sludge treating system is designed to treat the oil sludge from drilling rig sites, from tank bottom, and from refinery plant etc. Usually those high density, large viscosity drilling sludge can be treated by GN oil sludge system into clean oil, water and solids.

Here are the main treating components in this GNOST-15 system:
1.Pump Transfer Unit
Usually GN Solids Control suggests to use vacuum pump to collect the sludge and feed into GN oil sludge unit as other pumps can not provide enough power to move the high viscosity sludge.

2.Coarse Shaker Unit
GN Solids made coarse shaker GNLMP126 runs at linear motion, fixed with PU screen panel to remove big particles from the oil sludge, like stones, aggregates etc.
3.Crushing Unit
In order to protect the afterwards equipment, GN Solids provides one crushing unit to prepare the materials into fine particles.
4.Pre-heating and Mixing Unit
It is necessary to have a pre-heating and mixing unit in order to get clean oil and solids. Hot pipes along the inside of tank keep the oil sludge running smoothly and with added chemicals to dilute the oil sludge.
5.Fine Shaker Unit
GN Solids Control fine shaker GNZS706 is a double deck unit fixed with 6 pcs screen panels. Slurry are treated by the top deck first and then the bottom deck.

6.Decanter Centrifuge Unit

7.Three Phase Decanter
