GN Solids Control last week finished one batch of 4 sets 9 inch bowl centrifuges for one European core drilling company, very soon they will be shipped to customer and GN will have another happy customer as well.

GN Solids Control has been designing and manufacturing decanter centrifuges for decades by professional engineers who have deep understanding and also rich onsite experiences. Every year, GN Solids Control manufactures around 60 sets 9 inch bowl decanter centrifuges, most of them are used in core drilling or diamond drilling industry, and some are used for small scale lab volume treating and testing. 

GN Solids made 9 inch bowl centrifuge is also called GN baby centrifuge as it is the smallest bowl centrifuge we build. The bowl is duplex stainless steel made by centrifugal casting, and protected by tungsten inserts and scrapers for long time anti weariness. GN Solids Control centrifuge is also optional to fix with temperature sensors and vibration switches so the two main bearing blocks’ temperature and the centrifuge vibration can be monitored on GN HMI control panel.

As for these 4 sets GN 9 inch bowl centrifuges, GN Solids Control provides a compact mud stand to fix the centrifuge with a certain height skids. After separated liquid can be stored in the bottom mud tank easily.

These 4 sets centrifuges are all fixed speed electric driven units, drilling company will provide a diesel generator to provide power. All systems are designed and build in a compact manner, convenient to move and relocate with the drilling rig.
