1.GNMS-1500D Trenchless Mud Cleaning Units
GN Solids Control made trenchless mud clenaing units are largely used by worldwide contractors. The 1500 GPM treating unit is composed by double deck shaker GNZS707 and 2 units big desander cyclones with the size of 16 inch, as well as the compact mud tank and feeding centrifugal pump.

2.GNMS-1000D Trenchless Mud Cleaning Units
Similar with GNMS-1500D trenchless mud cleaning units, GNMS-1000D has one double deck shaker GNZS705 and also 2 units 10 inch desander cylones, besides them it also has one compact mud tank fixed with centrifugal pump on the tank side.

This week GN Solids Control finished manufacturing of 2 sets high speed decanter centrifuges to treat low gravity drilling mud. Basically, there are 3 main usages in the oil and gas drilling mud control area:

1.High Gravity Solids Separation
Usually middle rotating speed decanter centrifuge is used, like GN Solids 18 inch bowl decanter centrifuge is largely used in HGS treating. As the barite recovery, GN Solids Control also has even lower speed decanter centrifuge to provide the G force of 700-1000.
2.Low Gravity Solids Separation
In order to remove low gravity solids (LGS), GN Solids Control provides high rotating speed decanter centrifuge.
3.Drilling Waste Treatment
GN Solids Control also builds drilling waste management systems include decanter centrifuge and cuttings dryer. Either modular drilling waste equipment or whole skid system can be provided based on customer’s demands.
As for these 2 sets high speed decanter centrifuge, they are both 14 inch bowl centrifuge GNLW363 with the rotating bowl made of duplex stainless steel and the screw propeller protected by tungsten carbide tiles.

The summer is coming, and GN Soilds America LLC was very excited to participare the 2022 OTC in Houston after 2 year’s lock down. It is so good to see old friends and also meet new friends in GN booth. 
GN Solids America has a boooth in NRG center with no. Of 950. This year, GN Solids America exhibited one shale shaker with vacuum catch pan, solids transfer vacuum pump and shaker screen. 

1.Shale Shaker GNZS594
GN Solids Control manfactures different kinds of shale shakers includes 3 panels, 4 panels or single deck, double. GNZS594 is a 4 panels linear motion shaker, fixed with Italy OLI vibrators. It is effectively used to remove particles larger than 100 microns from the drilling mud. After separated mud can be distributed either from the shaker front or shaker side. 

2.GN Vacuum Screen Unit
GN Solids Control builds ViST, which can recover more than 20~30% drilling fluids from the driling mud. GN ViST is a negative working unit connected with 1 to 3 catch trays, which will be mounted underneath the last screen panel. An air compressor should be used to connect with the ViST. 
Due to different shakers have different structures, GN Solids Control now only provides Vaccum Screen Unit to equip with GN made shale shakers. While somether brands may be used if replace with a customized tray. 
3.GN Solids Transfer Vacuum Pump
GN Solids Transfer Vacuum Pump is a wide usage pump, basecially any solids that is flowable can be moved by GN vacuum pump. 
The effective working range is within 8 m from the pump suction port to the material. However, there is no horizontal limiations on suction and discharge. 
GN Solids Control provides wheel type vacuum pump, model 10B and 20B. The biggest model is GNSP-40B, which can move 40 m3/h dry materilas effectively even it has a large density or viscosity. 

4.GN Shaker Screen

Oil sludge is one of the most difficult treating material in the oil & gas industry, with many years’ successful experience, GN Solids Control is able to provide more and more oil sludge treatment package system. 
This April, GN Solids Control finished another set 5 m3/h oil sludge treating unit for a Kazakhstan client. 1.20Ft Pre-mixing Module
Due to oil sludge is not easy to move and has big viscosity with heavy solids, GN Solids Control provides one pre-mixing unit fixed with 2 mud agitators to mix the oil sludge with hot water and chemicals. Along the tank, curve pipes are fixed so it cnan be used to feed hot oil or water. 
After dilution, oil sludge is easy to move by submersible pump into the afterwards shaker separation module.   

2.Shaker Separation Module
GN Solids Control manufactures multiple shale shakers to remove big solids from the liquid. In this 5 m3/h oil sludge treating system, GN Solids provides one double deck shaker so the oil sludge can be treated twice and be removed most of the solids. 
GN Solids Control also builds shaker screens to fit GN shakers, besides GN brands shakers, other world famous brands shakers can also use GN made shaker screens which strictly comply with API RP13C standard. 

3.Decanter Centrifuge and Disc-Separator Module
Decanter centrifuge and Disc-Separator are the two key treating equipment in the oil sludge treating. GN 2 Phase horizontal decanter centrifuge remove most of the solids after treated by GN shaker from the drilling mud, while GN 3 phase disc-separator further treat the clean drilling mud to get oil, water and solids separately.

Clean mud tank usually takes 4 workers get into the tank and spend 4-5 hours for thoroughly cleaning, but with GN tank cleaning system it easy to reduce the labor work and also save time greatly. GN Solids Control just finished manufacturing of another set automatic tank cleaning unit for an offshore drilling platform. It will be used to clean the drilling mud tank effectively by using 2 high pressure flushing nozzles. Below are the main components in this tank cleaning unit.

1.Automatic Flushing Gun
Equipped with 2 sets of high pressure flushing guns, this tank cleaning unit can use the after cleaned water to flush the offshore drilling mud tank effectively. GN Solids Control standard tank cleaning system is fixed with 1 flushing gun, by customized the discharge port, this GN automatic tank cleaning system can reduce the working time to only half which is around 2 hours.

2.Mud Suction Unit
Mud suction unit is using peristaltic type to suction the tank sludge with a prefilter component. Peristaltic cannot work continuously, but it can successfully move sludge with big solids or high content solids.
3.Mud Clarify Unit
Mud clarify unit is an inclined plate classifier indeed. By mounting dozens SS plates to increase the tough surface, it is able to separate the solids out and discharged by a bottom screw conveyor.
Equipped with one compact chemical dosing tank to provide flocculant into the IPC, finer solids can be removed effectively.

4.Mud Storage and Transfer Unit
After treated clean water is stored in a middle tank, which can be reused for tank cleaning.

5.Waste Cuttings Box
Recovered solids or cuttings can be hold by a waste cuttings box, which is convenient to open by crane of forklift.

Decanter centrifuge is one of the main products in GN production line. It is usually used for solid-liquid separation, and some three-phase decanter centrifuges will also be used for liquid-liquid-solid separation. The process of solid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid-solid separation is often encountered in the process of modern industrial production. Therefore, decanter centrifuge plays an important role in modern industrial production.

A typical application of decanter centrifuge is used as sludge dewatering equipment in the process of municipal sewage treatment. The sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank in the sewage treatment plant needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure the space of the sedimentation tank to continuously receive sewage. In order to speed up the cleaning and transportation of sludge, the sludge at the bottom of the tank needs to be dewatered. Adding flocculants to the sludge can better make the fine particles in the sludge gather into flocs. After the flocculated sludge enters the centrifuge, the separated clean water will be relatively clear. GN T series dewatering decanter centrifuge is a centrifuge product specially designed by GN for environmental protection water treatment industry, which can be adapted to sludge with high solid content. The screw blade and slag discharge port are protected by tungsten carbide plate or alloy sleeve, which can prolong the service life of the equipment.

Another typical application of decanter centrifuge is to separate fine drilling cuttings from drilling mud in the mud system. The drilling mud treated by centrifuge can be reinjected into the mud system for recycling. The decanter centrifuge in widely used in mud systems of oil and gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, TBM, and even some construction mud treatment projects.

In order to meet different working conditions or different feeding conditions on site, according to customer requirements, GN can equip the decanter with VFD control cabinet to achieve different treatment objectives by adjusting the speed. At the same time, the control cabinet is also equipped with the relevant control of the screw feeding pump, which can realize the start and stop interlock function of the feed pump and the centrifuge, and improve the safety of field work and the reliability of equipment operation.

1.GN Hi-G Drying Shaker
GN Hi-G Drying Shaker is a 4 panels shaker, fixed with 2 horizontal vibrators to keep the shaker running in linear direction. GN Solids Control only used Italy OLI or USA Martin vibrators, which are proven work steady with GN shakers in harsh environment. 
GN Solids Control build single deck and double deck shakers, which are function well in different rig sites. To keep the shaker screens from blocking, GN smartly fix spraying nozzles to flush the screens after use for a long while, also the anti-spraying cover protect the splashed drilling mud everywhere. 
Feeding box is customized for this offshore drilling shaker. It includes 3 manual valves to control and feeding volume into the shaker. 

2.GN Mud Tank
GN mud tank is build according to the offshore standard, the mud tank compact with a DNV standard lifting frame. And mud tank is painted strictly according to the offshore working environment. 
3.GN Centrifugal Pump
GN centrifugal pump fixed on the side of the mud tank, which can be used to move the after treated drilling mud from the drying shaker. GN centrifugal pump is totally interchangeable with NOV Mission Magnum pump. While it is with a good wear resistant and long time usage advantage. 
4.GN Mud Agitator  
To keep the drilling mud from sediment in the shaker tank, a GN mud agitator is fixed on the top of the tank
