GN SOLIDS CONTROL Launches Newly Completed Material Separation Test Workshop

A Workshop Equipped with Specialized Test Modules

GN SOLIDS CONTROL marks a key milestone with the official completion and delivery of its new material separation test workshop, designed to solve clients’ equipment validation and (model selection) challenges. The facility is outfitted with five dedicated test modules, each engineered for distinct industrial separation tasks:

Tailored Testing Solutions for Clients

Understanding clients’ varied operational needs, the workshop offers two flexible testing services. Clients can choose to send their materials to the workshop for professional in-house testing, or request on-site testing at their own facilities. Both services provide accurate data on equipment performance, helping clients confirm equipment effectiveness and select the most suitable models. This new workshop underscores GN SOLIDS CONTROL’s commitment to providing high-quality, client-oriented material separation solutions.

GN IECEx-Certified VFD Decanter Centrifuge Delivered to Middle East Customer

Advanced Explosion-Proof Solution for Drilling Fluids Treatment

GN Solids Control has successfully delivered an IECEx-certified VFD Decanter Centrifuge to a valued customer in the Middle East. This delivery marks another milestone in GN’s capability to provide high-standard, explosion-proof solids control equipment for harsh oilfield environments.

The centrifuge is designed for efficient separation of fine solids from drilling fluids, helping operators maintain optimal mud properties and reduce fluid loss. The IECEx certification ensures the unit meets rigorous international safety standards for explosive atmospheres, making it suitable for onshore and offshore drilling operations in challenging conditions.

With VFD control, the centrifuge allows operators to adjust the bowl and conveyor speeds according to different drilling requirements, ensuring flexibility and maximum performance.

GN Solids Control continues to expand its presence in the Middle East by delivering reliable, safe, and high-performance solids control solutions that help customers improve efficiency while meeting strict environmental and safety regulations.

Mini Centrifuges and Drilling Mud Cleaning Units Shipped to European Client

GN Solids Control has successfully completed the shipment of a complete set of drilling mud purification equipment to a European client. This shipment includes 4 units of GNLW223D Mini Decanter Centrifuges, 2 sets of GNMS-600B Mud Cleaning Units, and 2 sets of GNMS-1000B Mud Cleaning Units.

📦 Equipment Overview:

  • GNLW223D Mini Decanter Centrifuge (4 units)
Specially designed for fine solids separation, this compact centrifuge model is ideal for laboratory testing, small-scale drilling operations, or special applications requiring precise separation at low flow rates. With its small footprint and high-speed performance, the GNLW223D provides exceptional dewatering and clarification results.

  • GNMS-600B Mud Cleaning Units (2 sets)
Each unit integrates a double deck shale shaker with a desilter cone assembly. This model is designed for compact drilling operations with a capacity of up to 600GPM. It effectively removes sand and fine solids from drilling mud, helping maintain optimal mud properties during drilling.

  • GNMS-1000B Mud Cleaning Units (2 sets)
Engineered for higher capacity applications (up to 1000GPM), this unit combines coarse solids removal via the top shaker deck and finer separation through integrated hydrocyclones. It ensures both efficiency and cost-effectiveness for medium- to large-scale drilling operations.
