Integrated Modular Systems for Oil Recovery and Waste Minimization
GN Solids Control has successfully delivered two sets of GNOST-15 oil sludge treatment systems to an energy company in Asia. These systems are engineered for the treatment of oil-contaminated sludge originating from refineries, tank cleaning, and drilling operations. By recovering usable oil and reducing hazardous waste, the GNOST-15 offers both economic and environmental benefits.
Complete Modular Configuration
Each GNOST-15 system includes the following integrated modules:
-
Sludge Feeding Pump Module – Transfers raw sludge to the system
-
Pre-Mixing Tank Module – Homogenizes sludge with heating and dilution
-
Shale Shaker Module – Removes large solids from the slurry
-
GNLW-554 Two-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module – Separates fine solids from liquids
-
GNLWS-554 Three-Phase Disc Stack Centrifuge Module – Further separates oil, water, and residual solids
-
Chemical Dosing Module – Injects demulsifiers, flocculants, and other agents for enhanced separation
-
Steam Generator Module – Provides thermal energy for heating and viscosity reduction
With modular design and containerized layout, the system can be quickly deployed onsite for mobile or fixed sludge treatment operations. It is particularly suited for refineries, tank farms, and environmental cleanup projects where waste oil recovery and environmental compliance are critical.
This shipment highlights GN’s ability to deliver turnkey oil sludge treatment solutions that meet strict environmental standards while helping clients improve efficiency and reduce disposal costs.
