GN Solids Control offers two major series of mud treatment systems: the K series, which is the economical option, and the B series, which represents the high-end configuration. The K series systems are primarily designed for mud purification and recovery, without the capacity for mud storage or mixing, requiring additional mud tanks and mixing equipment. The B series, on the other hand, integrates mud purification, recovery, storage, and mixing functions into a single system, offering multi-stage purification treatment to meet the needs of high-end and large-scale drilling rigs. The majority of the mud treatment systems shipped this time are GN Solids Control’s economical K series mud treatment systems.

The K series mud treatment systems come in three standard models:

● GNMS-200K with a capacity of 200GPM (45m³/h)

● GNMS-500K with a capacity of 500GPM (120m³/h)

● GNMS-1000K with a capacity of 1000GPM (240m³/h)

● Customization is available for larger capacities.

The primary application areas of the K series systems are:

● Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)

● Pipe jacking projects

● Piling projects

● Water well drilling
