Key Components of the Mud Treating System

This system features two GNZS594J-SHBF shale shakers, known for their robust performance in separating solids from drilling mud. Additionally, the system includes one GNZJ594J-D3S16NF desilter, which further refines the mud by removing finer particles, ensuring cleaner and more effective mud circulation.

To support the entire operation, the system is accompanied by five strategically designed tanks: a shale shaker tank, an intermediate tank, a suction tank, a storage tank, and a water tank. These tanks are complemented by several GN agitators, sand pumps, a jet mud mixer, and mud guns, providing comprehensive support for efficient mud management.
