GN Solid Control Scores Another Win: Three GND5Z1014 Five-Stack Vibrating Screens Boost Lithium Spodumene Processing Efficiency in Tajikistan

Premier domestic solid control equipment manufacturer GN has announced the successful shipment of three GND5Z1014 five-stack vibrating screens and three accompanying five-way ore distribution boxes to Tajikistan in Central Asia, marking another significant milestone for the company in the international mineral processing sector. These advanced screening solutions will be directly utilized in a large-scale lithium spodumene mine project, enhancing the processing efficiency and screening quality of 600,000 tons of lithium spodumene ore, and further promoting the development and utilization of local mineral resources.

The GND5Z1014 five-stack vibrating screens, an innovative high-performance screening technology developed by GN, are tailored for wet screening, classification, and dehydration of fine-grained materials in industries such as mineral processing and coal preparation. By harnessing the unique dual-degree-of-freedom resonance principle and powered by a single excitation source (vibrating motor set), these screens achieve efficient linear vibration, optimizing screening efficiency while minimizing energy consumption. The equipment can be flexibly configured with 2 to 5 layers of screens to cater to varying site requirements.

The shipped five-stack vibrating screens incorporate imported high-quality vibrating motors (such as Martin or OLI motors), guaranteeing long-term reliable operation with minimal downtime. Furthermore, the stacked high-frequency vibrating screens feature a multi-layer screen box assembly, which, when compared to similar screening machines, significantly reduces the footprint, maximizes the processing capacity per unit area, and boasts high screening efficiency, low power consumption, reduced dynamic load, user-friendly operation, stable performance, safety, durability, and minimal maintenance requirements.

Of particular note is the utilization of flexible polyurethane fine screens, renowned for their excellent elasticity, minimal clogging, and a high open area ratio (28-45%), with an average service life exceeding six months, effectively minimizing operational costs and maintenance challenges for customers.

The CEO of GN remarked, “We are immensely proud to provide such crucial screening solutions for the lithium spodumene mine project in Tajikistan. The successful shipment of the GND5Z1014 five-stack vibrating screens underscores GN’s pioneering position in screening technology and underscores our dedication to delivering ‘efficient, reliable, and innovative’ services to clients worldwide. We anticipate that these equipment will play a pivotal role in the success of mineral resource development in Tajikistan.”

Amid the escalating global demand for lithium and other new energy materials, GN remains committed to advancing its expertise in solid control equipment, offering cutting-edge technologies and superior products to contribute to the global mineral processing industry.
