GN Solids America will participate in 2023 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC 2023)

GN Solids Control has a leading solids control equipment manufacturer, every year GN Solids America LLC participates different world big exhibitions or shows. As usual, GN Solids America will participate in 2023 offshore technology conference (OTC2023).
OTC is the largest oil and gas show in the world, thousands of exhibitors and professional visitors will participate this show and share the latest technologies that cover all the upstream and downstream industry. The 2023 OTC is in NRG Park, Houston, TX, USA, from May 1st to 4th.

GN Solids America booth no. is 4047, this year GN will bring the following equipment, Vacuum Shale Shaker, Decanter Centrifuge, Solids Transfer Pump, and Shaker Screens.

1.GN Vacuum ViST Shale Shaker
GN Vacuum ViST Shale Shaker a 4 panels shaker fixed with vacuum screen unit, which can help to recover more 20-25% drilling mud compared with the traditional shaker. One GN ViST can connect with 3 catch pans fixed underneath the last screen panel.
GN ViST can be mounted on GN shale shaker and the other brands shakers as well to increase the working efficiency. Due to GN vacuum unit driven by air compressor, it can be used in any explosion-proof environment even for offshore drilling rig sites.

2.GN Decanter Centrifuge
GN Decanter Centrifuge is the fine separating unit, able to remove solids larger than 2-5 microns. Classified by the centrifuge bowl size, GN Solids Control manufactures 9 inch, 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch and 30 inch size, and the 14 inch the star model for drilling mud solids control.
GN Solids Control will exhibit one 14 inch bowl size decanter centrifuge, with one fix speed control panel.

3.GN Solids Transfer Pump
Heavy density and large viscosity oil sludge is always the most difficult material to transfer, while with GN Vacuum Pump it can be easily moved.

4.GN Shaker Screens
GN Solids Control builds over 8000 pcs screens every month, and this year GN will exhibit the newly developed shaker screens which comply with API RP 13C 3rd party test.

Oil Sludge Treatment Decanter Centrifuge for overseas client

GN Solids Control is leading decanter centrifuge manufacturer who has been working on solids control and drilling waste management for many years, now GN Solids Control has been providing oil sludge treatment decanter centrifuges for overseas clients from over 85 countries and regions.

GN Solids Control manufactures 300~500 sets decanter centrifuges every year, most of them are using in oil and gas industry. This month, GN Solids Control finished water testing of another oil sludge treatment decanter centrifuge.

In the oil and gas industry, a sturdy and strong decanter centrifuge is very important when treat high density and large viscosity oil sludge. GN Solids Control has rich experience to provide decanter centrifuge with customized special design.
Varies on the rotating bowl size, GN Solids Control can build from 9 inch to 30 inch. As for this 14 inch bowl centrifuge GN provided, it will remove the solids larger than 2-5 microns from the oil sludge and provide a clean oil. For even clear separation, GN Solids Control also provides 3 phase decanter centrifuge and 3 phase disc-separator to remove oil and water.

GN Solids Control is a turnkey oil sludge system treating system provider. Usually before feeding into GN decanter centrifuge, a vacuum pump is used to suck the heavy sludge and pump into a pre-mixing tank with added water and chemicals. To protect the centrifuge from fast weariness, GN Solids Control provides a shaker unit to remove coarse solids first.
With a rich product line, GN Solids Control also provides screw conveyors to collect the oil cuttings from the decanter centrifuge. Screw conveyor is one of the most cost-effective moving unit within certain distance.

GN made screw conveyor is divided by different sections, every section is 12 ft, easy to assemble when arrive at customer’s site. Long shaft and screws are well protected for long time working without weariness.

GN Stack Vibrating Screen for Iron Ore made by GN Separation Company

GN Solids Control is a world famous solids and liquid separation equipment manufacturer with 3 plants close to Beijing, China. As the sister company of GN Solids Control, GN Separation Equipment is mainly focusing on mining industry, environmental protection industry and municipal waste industry.

It is widely seen mining companies are using vibrating screens to remove coarse solids and fine particles, GN Separation made Stack Vibrating Screen includes multiple layers of decks and separate driven vibrators to increase the large treating flow rate while only takes a small working space.
Last week, GN Separation finished two sets of stacking vibrating screeners, one with five vibrating decks and one with 2 vibrating screens. Both of these two stacking vibrating screens will be used for fine size separation of Iron ore.
Usually a customized material feeder is build according to the site in order to distribute slurry into GN different layers of stacking vibrating screens evenly. Solids larger than the PU screen mesh is hold on the top and transfer to a solids discharge chute, while the underneath size of the slurry fall through the PU mesh and falls into a collection box which connected with all shaker decks and eventually distribute the liquid.
GN Stack Vibrating Screen has a large variety of usage. To keep the vibrating decks from wear, GN Separation uses Polyurea spraying on the deck tough area. All the vibrating screens are fixed with flexible PU mesh, which is tensioned by the special designed fixing methods on both sides.

GN engineers also add individual spraying nozzles above every deck, to keep a certain amount of the liquid inside for better wet screening.
Besides the multiple decks GN Stacking Vibrating Screens, GN also provides high frequency flat classification screen and dewatering screen. Any solids especially mining slurry processing, welcome to connect with GN for a cost-effective solution at free quotation.
