Supporting International Drilling Projects with Reliable Solids Control Equipment<\/h3>\n

GN Solids Control<\/a> has recently completed the export of two sets of GNMS-500K mud recycling systems<\/strong><\/a> and three GNLW364GT decanter centrifuges<\/strong><\/a> to an overseas customer engaged in trenchless and geotechnical drilling operations. This delivery reflects GN\u2019s commitment to providing efficient, field-proven solutions for global drilling challenges.<\/p>\n

Compact Design with Strong Separation Capability<\/h3>\n

The GNMS-500K<\/strong><\/a> system is designed for 500GPM fluid processing capacity<\/strong><\/a>, offering effective multi-stage separation in a compact footprint. It combines coarse screening, desanding, and desilting<\/strong><\/a> functions, helping drilling contractors reduce mud losses, recycle fluids, and maintain cleaner job sites.<\/p>\n

In addition to the recycling systems, the client also selected three GNLW364GT decanter centrifuges<\/strong> <\/a>for enhanced fine solids removal. These centrifuges are built with high-speed rotation, wear-resistant components, and automatic control<\/strong>, making them ideal for continuous-duty applications in demanding drilling conditions.<\/p>\n

By integrating the GNMS-500K units with GNLW364GT centrifuges, the customer can achieve a fully closed-loop drilling fluid recycling process<\/strong><\/a>, minimizing environmental impact and reducing the need for fresh water and mud additives.<\/p>\n
